Memorial Day 2012

We had a super laid back Memorial Day lunch today with my grandparents, Mom, and Larry. It was spur of the moment and such a nice treat! Nannie called us to see if we wanted to walk over for stew at lunch before Chris got called out. Mom and Larry had plans to grill so we just blended our plans and made a yummy lunch out of it. I can't wait until the entire family can get together again on Memorial Day and have our traditional pie bake off. Today's fantastic meal was a nice last carb filled meal before I head back on the low carb train. Happy Memorial Day! :)
