Today Kal-El and I attended Charlee's Hello Kitty Birthday Tea Party! Danielle did an absolutely amazing job. I couldn't of done it any better myself! I got a sneak peak of everything last week when I helped her spray paint a few things(we are both addicted but I loved seeing everything come together today. It was such a treat to sit back and enjoy a friends creative abilities and not be sweating at a party like I usually am lol! I took a couple of pictures but sense capturing things in the perfect way is what she does I knew I get to enjoy more amazing pictures when she posts hers. This party even made me love Hello Kitty! The best part was it ended up being ALL little boys in attendance. Pretty precious..little boys at a tea party. Charlee is an absolute doll. Super thinks so to. They butt heads a little every time they play because they are both really strong willed children. Its adorable :) Kal-El isnt as socialized as some of the other little guys so he ended up being more of one on one play buddy and of course he preferred Charlee! I was able to get a couple of really sweet shots of them! Happy Birthday Charlee!

Last Trip to the Farm & Ruby Roo
We made it back safely from Kentucky late last night. We had such a fun trip! It was quick but we did manage to squeeze a lot in. Since Larry sold the farm this last trip marked our second and very last stay there. I'm a very sentimental person so I was tempted to get a little teary eyed over it so I can only imagine how Larry feels. On the bright side I am happy that he and Mom are building close to us and I know the superheros are to!
We made the 3.5 hour drive Wednesday at noon. Chris drove while I refereed the backseat ;) We arrived at the farm just in enough time to quickly unpack and then it was on the road again for another hour to make it for our dinner reservations at a restaurant called Patti's. Mom and Larry had been wanting to take us there for awhile. It was YUMMY and so worth the wait. The restaurant setting and décor and even the little town around it were so pleasant and enchanting. The best way I could describe it would be a more whimsical upscale Cracker Barrel meets a more personalized Gatlinburg, TN. Delightful eatery :) They even had a mint chocolate dessert among many amazing others. That fact alone sold Chris Borquez lol! We had planned on catching a movie as a mini date when we got back to the farm but we were all tired and stuffed when we returned.
We woke up the next morning and let Super ride the tractor and Rhino. It reminded me of our last trip bc we once again had to bundle up and I failed to bring enough apparel...we got to sport camo again lol! After a few hours rest, a brief choke on an apple that caused me to have to both hit Kal-El in the back as well as take a valium( ugh scary ) we were headed out for Scooby! I think I enjoyed it as much the boys! Logan sat through the entire show and loved it. It took a little while for Kal-El to warm up to it but once he did he was hooked! I only got one picture of the show itself..I got in trouble by one of the staff. I turned my flash off but they still wouldnt let me lol! I'm so glad that we were able to enjoy this little get a way. The next count down is for the Scooby Doo party. I have all the inspiration I need at this point! :)
