Home From The Hospital- Happy Father's Day

Today is such a happy day. We got to bring Logan home from the hospital on Father's Day. I don't know a father more deserving of the title "Dad" than my husband.  He is seriously amazing. I think I did pretty good myself considering I got him an incredible, unique, one of a kind gift this year. I put so much hard work and effort into it..took me an entire 9 months to complete! :) This morning I was filling out Father's Day cards bright and early in the hospital and so ready to be at home with my boys. Baby Logan is such a joy already and I love watching Chris interact with a newborn again. He is such a pro! If you have never read the father's day story from last year, have a look. It's heart melting.  http://beingborquez.blogspot.com/2010/06/daddys-story-fathers-day-eve.html
We made our way home around noon today and it was gorgeous outside, HOT, but gorgeous. I was so anxious to see how Kal-el would react to having Logan at home as a permanent fixture not a hospital baby. Well, a few hours into it I'm happy to report that he is such a HUGE help. He has been getting Chris and I diapers, wipes, and bottles all afternoon. He walks over and waves to his little brother and will say "Hi baby Logee..change diaper" ADORABLE. He even makes kissy faces at him. I know the next few weeks will be quite the challenge as far as getting a routine and schedule down but I know one thing I won't be doing it alone..I have Super Dad's help! :) Wish us luck and love on our first night at home as a family of 4. Happy Father's Day..I can't think of a better way to spend it.
